Shipping policy
At Yanxora, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while providing clear expectations about delivery times and shipping services.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is typically:
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value:
- Orders from $0.00 to $49.99: Shipping fee $8.00
- Orders of $50.00 or more: Free Shipping
No additional handling or processing fees will be charged beyond the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Carriers & Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers can also view tracking details by logging into their account, if an account was created when placing the order.
Restricted Shipping Areas
We currently ship only to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- International destinations outside the United States
- Freight forwarding services intended for international reshipment when prohibited by carrier restrictions
Delays & Unexpected Circumstances
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Carrier service disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- High seasonal shipping volumes
If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or expected delivery date.
Our support team will review the situation and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
