Refund policy
At Yanxora, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for approval.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Be in their original condition
- Unused or only lightly handled for inspection purposes
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Show no obvious signs of wear, damage, washing, or misuse
We accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect item ordered
- Non-defective products
- Defective, damaged, or faulty products
All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Promotional or heavily discounted products marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is defective or damaged
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not return products without prior authorization.
Yanxora does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect selection, or other non-defective reasons:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping charges will be based on the actual cost charged by the carrier selected by the customer
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items received:
- Yanxora will cover reasonable return shipping costs
- Customers should contact us before shipping the item back to receive instructions
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchange requests within the same 30-day return period.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or style, please contact our support team before returning the item.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including:
- Credit or debit cards
- PayPal
- Other eligible payment methods used at checkout
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Yanxora does not charge any restocking fees.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
If a return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us investigate the issue, customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of shipment
- Tracking information
- Photos or supporting documentation
We will work with the customer and, where applicable, the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
Partial Returns
Customers may return individual items from a multi-item order, provided the returned products meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds will apply only to approved returned items.
